Memory lane

Ansvar på Tværs - 2005
We have designed and produced a learning game about social responsibility in companies. The first print of 1200 copies was finished in November 2005 and already the game is very popular. The game focuses on topics like stress, integration and harassment and was designed especially for use by small and mid-size companies. The game is set on Olsen IS A/S, a fictional icecream factory. The Danish Government funded the project and the game was developed in cooperation with the six regional corporate networks for social responsibility.

"Ansvar på Tværs is a efficient and innovative tool. We have used the game with great success and it has facilitated some very good discussions about social issues in the working space."   - Anne Søgaard Melchiorsen, PricewaterhouseCoopers.

The game was designed using methods from both storytelling and role-playing games. It was a very versatile tool that could be used by local managers to target specific topics that needed attention. The game is still in use today within the organisation and it's very popular.
